Welcome to Our Order Process

Thank you for choosing Skulls of Honor. To ensure that your custom Skull of Honor meets your exact specifications, please complete the following online order process. After placing your order, you will need to mail in your challenge coins to our shop for incorporation into your chosen skull design. Follow the steps below to start your journey toward owning a uniquely personalized Skull of Honor.

Detailed Steps to Order

1. Visit Our Shop Page:
   • Start by exploring our Shop page. Here you will find our range of Skulls of Honor, each available with different casing options. If you want or need a specific amount of casings in a Skull, you can add a special note with your order and we will accommodate the request.
2. Select Your Skull:
   • Each Skulls of Honor will include 83 casings, unless otherwise specified. If you’d like a different number to represent years of service, locations, or other personal preferences, include this in the checkout note or email us at sales@skullsofhonor.com.
3. Add to Cart:
   • Add to Cart: Select how many Skulls of Honor you’d like to purchase and add them to your cart. You can adjust the quantity in the Cart or “Remove Items” to restart. If you encounter issues with the Cart or Checkout screens, try clearing your browser cache and refresh the page to proceed smoothly.
4. Review Your Cart:
   • After you have added all of the skull types you want to purchase, click the “View Cart” button. Access your shopping cart to review the items you’ve selected. Ensure that everything is correct, including the type and number of skulls.
5. Proceed to Checkout:
   • Proceed to checkout and pay securely through PayPal. Credit/debit card options are available.
6. Add a Note:
   • Before you “Place the Order,” please select “Add a note to your order” and provide information regarding the challenge coin you are sending in to be encased in the skull. For example, “Please place the coin with the badge side up,” or “I am purchasing two skulls, and would like to have one skull with the badge side up, and the other skull with the task force image side up.” Please add as much detail as you can in this section, so we can craft it to your liking. Include any special instructions regarding casing count (refer to Step 2).
7. Place Order:
   • After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Print and include it with your challenge coin when shipping.
8. Mail Your Challenge Coins:
   • Package your challenge coins securely and include the printed order confirmation. Mail this package to the address provided during checkout (Skulls of Honor, LLC, Post Office Box 7, Spring Lake, Michigan 49456).
9. Order Fulfillment:
   • Once we receive your coins, we will begin the process of crafting your Skull of Honor. We will notify you once the order is ready to be shipped back to you, complete with your embedded coins.
